1. With this agreement the submitter is willingly giving his/her film and additional materials for distribution for one year.
2. Each film which has fully completed set of documents and payment will be distributed.
3. Films, propagandizing pornography, racial, ethnically and/or religious, gender or sexual discrimination or violence will be ignored.
4. The films must have burned-in subtitles in English, if the language of the dialogue is different from English.
5. Once a film has been submitted and payed for, it cannot be withdrawn from the Distribution Department.
6. If a film is selected at some festival, a hard screening copy must be sent from its producer (submitter) for own cost to us and the expenses for the courier or post services must be paid.

7. The copies of the films will be returned to the submitter after the last festival from the chosen package.
8. The films must have a clear copyright. The Distribution Department of CRYSTAL FRAME is not liable for claims of a third party to infringe a copyright or related right.
9. The Distribution Department reserves the right to broadcast excerpts within 3 minutes of each film to promote the film at festivals, but not more than 10% of the length of the film.
10. All additional materials will be used to promote the film at festivals, on social networks and other media.
11. The Distribution Department is not responsible for lost or damaged copies on dispatch.
12. The Distribution Department is not responsible if some festival cancels its edition after the submission.
13. Each film must be sent with a separate entry form.
14. The Distribution Department reserves the right to disqualify any film or author violating the Rules and Regulations for distribution.
15. If a film is considered for distribution from the Distribution Department, its authors are obligated to put the name and/or logo of CRYSTAL FRAME as distributor when promoting the film.
16. The full name and the logo of the company will be sent to the given e-mail of the submitter.
17. After paying for the chosen package, the submitter will receive suitable festival suggestions within a week.
18. By submitting the agreement and the entry form the submitter agrees with the conditions above.
19. The submitter cannot proclaim the content of this agreement and any other information about it to third parties.
